Late & Reassessment Bookings
Use this page to pay for a late assessment or reassessment. Once payment has been completed, your booking request will be received and your assessment will normally be opened within five (5) working days.
Before you book
- Select the course and assessment type you wish to complete.
- Enter your student number and the unit(s) of competency when prompted.
- Charges apply per unit. Please ensure you select the correct assessment fee before making payment.
- Payment is processed securely through PayPal. Your booking will not be completed until payment has been successfully received.
Refund Policy
- You will have 20 days to complete your assessment from the date it is opened.
- Once you have accessed the reassessment, the fee becomes non-refundable.
- Refunds are only available where there are no outstanding fees owing to ALS College.
- Any approved refund will be paid to the student who made the booking, in Australian Dollars, within four weeks of receiving a completed refund request.
- Payment of a reassessment fee does not guarantee a successful assessment outcome.
- If you are not yet competent, a further reassessment booking and fee may be required.

IMPORTANT REMINDER
Only book the units you are ready to complete
Each late assessment or reassessment is available for 20 days from the date it is opened. We recommend only booking the unit or units that you are ready to complete during this period.
Booking too many units at the same time may make it difficult to complete them all before they close. If you are unsure how many units you should book, please contact your trainer before making payment.
